Dentures

Dentures are removable appliances made from high-quality acrylic used to replace missing teeth. At Ensō Dental Care, we craft dentures from materials that are durable, strong, and esthetically pleasing — so you can smile and chew with confidence.

Steps for That Perfectly Comfortable Denture

1

Consultation & Evaluation

Our team at Ensō Dental will thoroughly evaluate your gums and jawbone. If any minor corrective procedure is needed, we’ll schedule that first. If all is well, we begin the process of designing your custom-made denture.

Fabrication

The entire process of denture fabrication typically takes 5 appointments over 2 weeks. In case of travel or urgency, we can complete it within 7 days with prior notice.

2

Adaptation Support

Once your personalized denture is ready, our team will guide you through the adjustment process and ensure you're comfortable every step of the way.

3

Dentures can last for several years. However, due to natural gum and bone shrinkage, they may become loose around the 5-year mark. At Ensō Dental, we proactively monitor these changes and offer denture relining in a single appointment to restore the fit — making it as good as new.

It’s natural to experience a short adaptation phase as you get used to basic functions like chewing and speaking. At Ensō, we walk you through this with clear instructions and helpful tips to make the transition smooth and stress-free.

Initial Discomfort:

Start with a soft diet (mashed potatoes, khichdi, paneer, fish, eggs). If there's any discomfort while chewing, remove the denture, gently massage the gums, and consult us for minor adjustments.

  • Chewing Technique:

Avoid using your front teeth. Chew from both sides to maintain denture stability.

  • Swallowing Issues:

Rare, but if present, they are usually fixed with a quick adjustment.

  • Saliva Changes:

Expect a temporary increase or decrease in saliva — this normalizes within a few days.

  • Speech:

Some patients feel self-conscious initially. Read aloud at home — your denture is designed to keep your speech clear.

  • Cleaning & Maintenance:

○ Soak dentures in water when not in use. Clean with a soft toothbrush and water every morning (no toothpaste).

○At night, use a denture cleaning tablet for 15 minutes, then store in plain water.

○Always clean over a soft surface to avoid breakage.

  • Night Routine: Remove your dentures before sleeping to let your gums rest and prevent fungal infections.

At Ensō Dental Care, we believe in transparent pricing with no hidden Surprises. We provide you with a detailed treatment estimate during your consultation.

  • The cost may vary depending on the materials used, the number of teeth being replaced, and any preparatory treatments needed.
  • Compared to global averages, our treatments are affordable and competitively priced, while maintaining premium quality and personalized care
